Nice location for our needs, short walk to Pazardzhik and the Batak lake and the mountains of Bulgaria. Room was exceptionally nice the food was great, 3 stars. Free parking on site provided.

The location was charming, apart from those raucous parties from the villas next door. Not a relaxing stay for the price. The indoor pool was in terrible condition not at all what I expected. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't due to the lack of a proper room upgrade.

Had a blast with my friends! The hotel has a great vibe, super clean, and the facilities are great. We enjoyed a peaceful garden and took advantage of the amazing SPA services. We visited the nearby lake and went hiking in the beautiful nature. Highly recommend the all-inclusive option for delicious meals!

The staff was pleasant and attentive throughout my stay, always ready to assist. I enjoyed a lovely view of the lake from my room. The outdoor pool surpassed that of other nearby hotels with its refreshing water.

The overall cleanliness of the room was not up to the standard I expected.

The grounds are beautifully calm, surrounded by nature and perfect for family time. Our dog loved the space too! The spa services were fantastic, especially the massage, which my wife really enjoyed. The view of the nearby lake is fine.

My kids wished the indoor pool was cleaner.

I really enjoyed the elegant decoration of the hotel. The cozy lounge area with its comfortable armchairs and soft lighting made me feel right at home. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and clean, which is important for senior people like me. , the hotel's accessibility for seniors was excellent, with wide corridors and ramps that made it easy to navigate with my walking stick.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more attentive staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit preoccupied and could have been more mindful of the needs of older guests like myself.

This place is situated in the beautiful Bulgarian mountains and the room had comfy extra sofa beds.

This was our first trip to Tsigov Chark and we were extremely impressed with Paradise Spa Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was great, and the hotel offered excellent amenities such as a spa center with a warm swimming pool and saunas. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The view of the dam was clear and parking was easy. it was a great choice for our first visit to the area.

Can just recommend this hotel.
